The Short Version
What Is a Cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies can serve different purposes — from keeping you logged in, to tracking your browsing habits across the internet for advertising. This policy explains which type we use and why.
Cookies We Use
| Cookie Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
ps_token |
Strictly Necessary | Keeps you signed in to your PhantomStage account. Without this cookie, you would be logged out every time you navigate to a new page. | 7 days |
_ga |
Analytics | Used by Google Analytics 4 to distinguish visits for basic website measurement. | Up to 2 years |
_ga_* |
Analytics | Used by Google Analytics 4 to maintain session state, for example _ga_QC11FEMBM0. |
Up to 2 years |
The ps_token cookie is set only when you sign in. It contains an encrypted token — not your personal data — that our server uses to verify your identity. It is marked HttpOnly (not accessible by JavaScript) and SameSite: Strict (not sent with cross-site requests), which are security best practices.
Google Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager. They help us understand aggregate website use such as page visits and traffic sources. They are not used by PhantomStage to sell data, distribute audio files, or make decisions about individual conversion projects.
Cookies We Do Not Currently Use
We do not currently use any of the following:
| Type | Examples | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Advertising or remarketing cookies | Google Ads remarketing, DoubleClick, Meta/Facebook Pixel | Not currently used |
| Social media cookies | Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn widgets | Not used |
| Heatmap or session replay cookies | Hotjar, FullStory, Mouseflow | Not used |
| A/B testing cookies | Optimizely, VWO, other A/B testing tools | Not used |
Third-Party Services
We use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager for basic website analytics. Google Analytics may set first-party analytics cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google Analytics data safeguards for details.
We use Cloudflare to serve the website and provide DDoS protection. Cloudflare may set its own cookies or use similar technologies at the network level for security purposes. These are strictly technical and not used for advertising. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
We use Brevo (Sendinblue) to send transactional emails such as order confirmations and delivery notifications. Brevo processes your email address when we send you a message. See Brevo's privacy policy for details.
We do not currently use Google Analytics for Google Ads remarketing or personalized advertising on this website. Cloudflare and Brevo are not used by PhantomStage for advertising or remarketing cookies.
Managing Cookies
You can delete or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. Note that deleting the ps_token cookie will sign you out of your account — you can sign back in at any time.
Blocking analytics cookies may limit our ability to measure page visits and improve the website, but it will not prevent you from reading public pages. Where available, you may also use on-site consent controls to manage analytics cookies.
Changes to This Policy
If we introduce additional cookies, advertising tags, remarketing pixels, or change how we use analytics cookies, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date at the top. We will not introduce advertising or remarketing cookies without appropriate notice.
