The Short Version
What Is a Cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies can serve different purposes — from keeping you logged in, to tracking your browsing habits across the internet for advertising. This policy explains which type we use and why.
Cookies We Use
| Cookie Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
ps_token |
Strictly Necessary | Keeps you signed in to your PhantomStage account. Without this cookie, you would be logged out every time you navigate to a new page. | 7 days |
This cookie is set only when you sign in. It contains an encrypted token — not your personal data — that our server uses to verify your identity. It is marked HttpOnly (not accessible by JavaScript) and SameSite: Strict (not sent with cross-site requests), which are security best practices.
Cookies We Do Not Use
We do not use any of the following:
| Type | Examples | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Analytics cookies | Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel | Not used |
| Advertising cookies | Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, DoubleClick | Not used |
| Social media cookies | Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn widgets | Not used |
| Performance cookies | CDN tracking, A/B testing tools | Not used |
Third-Party Services
We use Cloudflare to serve the website and provide DDoS protection. Cloudflare may set its own cookies or use similar technologies at the network level for security purposes. These are strictly technical and not used for advertising. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
We use Brevo (Sendinblue) to send transactional emails such as order confirmations and delivery notifications. Brevo processes your email address when we send you a message. See Brevo's privacy policy for details.
Neither Cloudflare nor Brevo place advertising or tracking cookies on your device through our service.
Managing Cookies
You can delete or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. Note that deleting the ps_token cookie will sign you out of your account — you can sign back in at any time.
Since we only use one strictly necessary cookie, there is no cookie consent banner or opt-out mechanism required — opting out would simply mean you cannot stay signed in to your account.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever introduce additional cookies or change how we use them, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date at the top. We will not introduce advertising or tracking cookies without explicit notice.
